The objectives of the Society are to promote interest in, and the study and knowledge of, astronomy and allied sciences by lay and professional persons.
Annual membership fees are $25/individual and $30/family.

Scheduled MeetingsWe hold monthly meetings to discuss Society events and present astronomy related talks from KAS members and guest speakers.

Sure it's cold outside these days, but Venus is wonderfully bright right now in the south western sky right after sunset. Worth braving the cold to have a look at!
